Escrow Architecture: Nexus utilizes a server-side escrow system. Funds are held in cold storage until order finalization. The standard escrow window is configurable by the vendor (7-21 days), allowing flexibility for international shipping logistics.

Dispute Resolution: If an order is not delivered or fails to meet quality standards, a dispute can be initiated. The dispute window opens 3 days after the auto-finalize timer expires. Moderators review evidence (PGP signed correspondence, tracking logs) to adjudicate funds.

FE (Finalize Early): Reserved for high-trust vendors with established reputation metrics. This allows immediate fund release upon marking an order as shipped.
